Studio Rules & Usage Terms

​Welcome to our space! Please treat it as you would your best friend's home — with gentleness, respect, and a little love.

1. Please change your shoes or wear shoe covers.
Our floor is a true queen — delicate and quick to mark (and very easy to stain).

2. Be careful when moving furniture, lighting, and backdrops.
Any damage to the floor or equipment during the shoot will result in a £200 fine. We’re not trying to scare you — just gently warning with love. 💙

3. Please don’t take anything from the studio.
Everything is personal and counted. Even taking something "just for a second" is not allowed.
The studio is under video surveillance for safety.

4. After your session, please leave the key on the table.
The next guests will be grateful.

5. Respect the space — it was created with love.
Work your magic, but leave the studio just as magical as you found it.

Terms of Use

1. Booking & Payment

  • - Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • - Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup, so please plan accordingly.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session — full refund.

  • - Cancellations within 48 hours — non-refundable.

3. Studio Use

  • - Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • - Please handle props and equipment with care.

  • - Any damage to the studio or gear will be charged to the client.

4. Behavior

  • - Please respect the space and other guests.

  • - Keep noise at a moderate level.

  • - Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

By booking and using the services and facilities provided by ARTSPACE PHOTOSTUDIO, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Use at Your Own Risk
    All visitors, clients, and participants enter and use the studio premises and equipment at their own risk. ARTSPACE PHOTOSTUDIO shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of the studio, its equipment, props, furniture, or facilities.

  2. No Liability for Accidents
    While we strive to maintain a safe environment, the studio is not responsible for accidents such as but not limited to:

  • Electric shock from improper handling of lighting or electrical equipment

  • Objects or equipment falling and causing injury

  • Trips, slips, or falls on the premises

  • Any personal injury or property damage incurred during the use of the studio

  1. Responsibility of Users
    Clients and guests must handle all studio equipment, furniture, and props with care and use them only as intended. Any damages caused by misuse or negligence will be the responsibility of the client and may incur repair or replacement costs.

  2. Indemnification
    By using our studio, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARTSPACE PHOTOSTUDIO, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, demands, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with your use of the studio facilities and services.

  3. Compliance with Safety Rules
    Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by ARTSPACE PHOTOSTUDIO staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  4. Personal Belongings
    ARTSPACE PHOTOSTUDIO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio. Please keep valuable items secure and attended at all times.
