Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

If a session is cancelled due to studio-related reasons (technical issues, emergencies), a full refund will be issued to the client.
